The location is absolutely unbeatable, right next to key landmarks and shopping. Staff members were incredibly attentive and went the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable stay!

We had an amazing time during our group trip! The location was perfect, just a short walk from St Mark's Square and the Grand Canal. We even enjoyed a private gondola ride and explored local shops. With impeccable service and an impressive breakfast selection, it made our stay truly enjoyable and stress-free.

One downside was the slightly dated decor in our room. It felt a bit worn, and the bedding wasn't as plush as I expected, which affected our comfort during the night.

Perfectly luxurious stay!

This place is an absolute gem! The room was huge, super clean, and the decor is just stunning. We loved the complimentary Prosecco upon arrival. The breakfast buffet was by far the best I've had in Europe. Only thing is the bar can get pretty crowded in the evenings. But honestly, the staff make it all worth it!

We spent 3 nights in a Junior Suite with a Lagoon View, and it was nothing short of magical. The staff went above and beyond, especially the event coordinator, who helped us plan a surprise celebration. Enjoyed breakfast overlooking the lagoon — a must!

We just loved our stay! The food was exceptional, especially the unique culinary twists that made dining an adventure. The exquisite marble bathroom added a touch of luxury, and the room was incredibly cozy. I'd absolutely choose this place again!
